Are you a CNC Miller, Machinist or similar with online programming knowledge looking to expand your skillset in a fast-paced environment that can offer further training on CAD/CAM design and offline programming?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a well-established manufacturing company that supplies into a wide range of industries. The company prides itself on investing into and training their staff, maintaining a clean working environment and providing autonomy for their engineers. They are expecting to grow revenue by 50% in the coming years, building on a solid reputation and supplying to clients like SpaceX.

In this role you will be working alongside a team of 30 CNC engineers, directly working with five engineers on a 200 thousand square feet site. Monday to Friday on a 37.5hr contract with flexible working hours. Day to day you will be working through the whole cycle of manufacturing from designing to producing the final product.

This opportunity would suit a CNC Miller, Machinist or similar with online programming skills to expand and further develop their skillset, build a long-term career in a fast-growing industry with plenty of autonomy and no micromanagement.

The Role:

• Setting, operating and programming CNC Mills
• Working in a 200 thousand square feet innovation hub
• Training on CAD/CAM programming and 3D Design (SolidWorks)
• Structure development plan
• Flexible working hours
• 37.5hr week Monday - Friday

The Person:

• CNC Miller or similar
• Online programming knowledge
• Looking to become a well-rounded multi-skilled prototype machinist
