We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a Primary School in Little Hulton, Salford. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with class teachers to provide support and guidance to students, ensuring that every child can access a high-quality education.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons
Providing support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including those with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties
Monitoring and recording the progress of students, ensuring that interventions are implemented where necessary
Building positive relationships with students and their families, promoting a positive learning environment
Contributing to the wider school community, including supporting with extracurricular activities and eventsRequirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting
Knowledge and understanding of the Primary School curriculum
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
