Job Description Are you passionate about working with children and contributing to their educational journey? Equal Education Partners is currently recruiting dedicated supply teaching assistants for Primary schools across West Wales, with a focus on Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire.

You will work closely with class teachers to provide support to pupils, assist with resourcing activities, covering break times, setting up and clearing down for the day.

As a teaching assistant you will collaborate with wider school staff, assist with classroom management and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be a supply teaching assistant with Equal Education Partners, you must:

Have a proactive attitude and a good work ethic
Provide professional references from your previous employers
Have strong literacy and numeracy skills
Be registered with the relevant teaching body (e.g. EWC in Wales & TRC in England)
Possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing for us to process a new one
Have the right to work in the UK
Be able to build excellent rapport with other educators and pupils alike
Have a strong understanding of and commitment to child safeguarding
