Position Overview: They are looking for a talented Tech Lead to lead their development team in building and enhancing our digital banking applications. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding the team in architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work with a diverse set of technologies including Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring, and Node.js. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems using Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring, and Node.js.
Drive technical initiatives and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
