We are currently recruiting for Global VM Executive role reporting directly to the Global Head of Visual Merchandising

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts that enhance the overall customer experience and reflect the brand image.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual displays for each new product launch.
Create visually appealing displays and layouts for product showcases, window displays, and in-store promotions.
Maintain visual standards across all retail locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
Provide clear visual merchandising guidelines and update planograms for each launch to ensure each market can execute with excellence across all brick and mortar locations globally.
Communicate with key stakeholders such as retailers & distributors, providing them support and guidance on global brand standards and VM updates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandising materials and displays for key launches throughout the calendar year.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to visual merchandising efforts, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Handling all invoicing and purchase orders, ensuring expenditure is tracked.
Responsible for updating all VM trackers to ensure all information is correct and logged.
Build strong relationships with suppliers.
Managing production schedules and project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field.
Previous experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design.
Strong creative vision and design aesthetic, with a passion for storytelling through visual elements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in design software and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.).
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. Attention to detail is key.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.

Salary : 38/40£K
