Role
The search is on for a Senior Site Merchandiser to join the growing team of an established Fashion brand that has experienced phenomenal growth over the last 12 months and fantastic plans in place for the next 5 years. Working with them closely we are searching for an experienced Merchandiser who can deliver ecommerce merchandising strategies based on company KPI’s, within set timescales, helping to improve sales and conversion rates.

The right candidate will come with a proven background in playing a key part in designing and delivering the company's merchandising strategy through product merchandising and optimisation of the customer journey. With a significant background in Ecommerce Merchandising the person who gets this amazing opportunity will benefit from unrivalled career support and development.

Essential Skills :
2-3 years online merchandising experience
Excellent experience of analytics to help shape decisions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
