Job DescriptionLarge Legal 500 regional Law firm, that have recently opened a London office, close to Liverpool Street, wish to recruit a Senior Lawyer or Partner to develop their corporate practice. The development of specialist sector interests will be supported where they align with the Team’s offering.The successful candidate must currently be working in private practice for a UK Law firm and wish to join a highly driven and successful team and be supported to develop our corporate and banking capabilities and will have experience in:Buying and selling businesses and companiesRestructures/mergers/demergersCorporate finance/ private equity / venture capital investmentsJoint VenturesSecurity and lending Partnerships and LLPsBusiness Law and corporate administration
