Job DescriptionOverview and purpose of roleBased out of our London Head Office and under the guidance of the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will assist in the delivery of strong creative and commercially balanced VM throughout London and wider UK network. You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and retail teams to ensure the Visual Merchandising standards are maintained whilst adhering to the company Visual Merchandising guidelines.Our clients take centre stage so an active presence and openness to support our retail teams when needed is required.Key Responsibilities of role· Support with maintaining visual standards primarily throughout the London retail network and support with feedback for the wider Northern Europe region.· Being an active link between Visual Merchandising and Retail, ensuring VM is inspiring, commercial, and consistent across the zone.· Conduct seasonal product and VM training for retail teams and any new team members who join our brand.· Compile and prepare monthly VM reports as required by the Visual Merchandising Manager.· Assist Visual Merchandising Manager with the VM presentation on all new openings and events across the region.· Effectively manage your time, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.· Be a Brand Ambassador and build professional relationships within internal and external business contacts.· Support retail with an activate presence during store visits.· Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to. Skills and RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury or fast paced environment. You will be self –motivated, with an ability to work independently as well as be able to follow guidelines. Confident, with an interest in current trends within fashion and the arts and be able to show this within your work.A team player who works well under pressure with strong communication skills, an eye for detail and who can meet deadlines.Our business and our Values:Christian Louboutin opened his first boutique in Paris in 1992.
