Construction Lawyer in South West London - LAW Absolute

Job Description An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a fantastic UK firm in their Construction practice.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high performing, top ranked Legal 500 team. The team operates across several sectors, with a particular focus on real estate developers, housebuilders, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors and major engineering consultancies. The team also acts for the firm’s private clients on high value residential construction projects.

Experience required:

Qualified in England and Wales. At least 3 years (PQE) in non-contentious and contentious construction transactions. Strong academics. A background in a recognised construction law practice. Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
