Job DescriptionA mid-senior level lawyer with equity derivatives experience is required to work in the derivatives team of a major international investment bank. This is a 12 months full time contract. Working in a fast-paced transactional role, the successful applicant will have equity derivatives/OTC derivatives experience and will join a 4-person team who love the transactions they work on. The bank is looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys a transactional post and wants to work on high-profile deals that often make the press. Securitised/currency derivative experience won’t translate to the role as this is a technical post handling bespoke derivative transactions. Prime brokerage experience could however be transferable. This role is Hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office.
