SEMH Teaching Assistant

Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Corby. As a SEMH SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching staff to ensure that every pupil has access to quality education and a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate access to learning for pupils across KS1-5.
Support pupil well-being and behaviour management within the school.
Work closely with individual students or small groups under the guidance of class teachers/form tutors.
Assist in implementing strategies to support pupils' learning and behaviour.Requirements:

Experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' academic and emotional development.
