Senior Electronics Engineer in Southampton - CV-Library

We are looking to recruit a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a market leading client near Southampton. Our client is an industry leader operating in design and manufacture of their products. Introducing new products to market in a fast turn around time, we’re looking to speak with candidates who have experience in Electronics Engineering, in particular power electronics, R&D, and design. As a hands-on role, suitable candidates will need to be prepared to be involved in all aspects of the work required.

Job Role & Responsibilities

* Design and development of products through to prototyping

* Verification and validation of products

* Support new product developments

* Design using Altium

* Manufacturing line support

* Creation and maintenance of project documentation

Experience & Background

* Experience in a similar role is required

* Hands on electronics engineering experience

* DC/DC and DC/AC experience

* High and low frequency

* Experience with analog circuit design

* Solid understanding of switch mode power supplies

* Able to develop and read schematics

* Schematic design using Altium

* Be a self starter and innovative person

* Degree educated and time served experience
