Key Requirements:

Valid child-based DBS on the Update Service
Experience working in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitudeResponsibilities:

Supporting the EYFS teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support to children to facilitate their learning and development
Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources
Encouraging children to explore and discover through play-based learning experiences
Supporting children with personal care and hygiene as needed
