Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the implementation of individual education plans for students with special educational needs.
Support students in their learning, offering guidance and encouragement as needed.

Supervise students during lessons and recreational activities.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with young people.
Willingness to undergo relevant training as needed.
