Questech are recruiting for permanent technicians for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lights or heavy’s mechanic to join their client in Oxfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is working in a dealership working long hours that may want to work somewhere local, with set hours in a more laid back environment.

Hours of work are between 6am and 6pm on a 4 on 3 off shift pattern. It’s a 37.5 hour week but can be flexible on times.

The pay rate is £18 - £20 ph dependant on experience + excellent benefits.

You must be level 3 qualified to be considered for this position and be able to evident.

Your Duties and Responsibilities of a Lights Mechanic / HGV Mechanic / Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / PCV Fitter:

* Repairing and maintaining the Company’s fleet of modern vehicles to a high standard

* Carrying out preventative maintenance

* Carrying out roadside and running repairs as necessary

* Recognise and report vehicles component defects or symptoms which are likely to affect the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Training and Qualifications:

You should ideally be qualified to one of the following levels:

* PCV or HGV City and Guilds

* NVQ level 3

You should ideally hold the following license:

* Full UK driving licence
