Vehicle Mechanic in Neath - CV-Library

We are looking for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for a Client based in Neath, South Wales. This position will involve vehicle inspections, servicing, testing, diagnosis and repair on a high number of vehicles to a high standard, therefore, successful candidates will need a strong technical skillset and high work efficiency.

Duties

- Conduct vehicle safety inspections to a high standard

- Ability to test, diagnose and repair faults on different types of vehicles

- Confidence working on various makes and models of vehicles

- Servicing and MOT preparation

Essential Skills

- Valid UK Driving Licence

- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent OR 5 years' experience in industry

- Strong knowledge of diagnostic testing and repair to motor vehicles, planes, trains or machinery

Desirable Skills

- Specialist diagnostic testing skills

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Neath, South Wales

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 - dependant on experience
