Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Non-Personal Injury Claims hander to join our in-house insurance teams based in Doxford.

In this role you would be trained to assess liability for motor insurance incidents, dealing with settlements of third-party claims and recovery for Arriva.

What does the role involve?

* Handling incidents/claims in line with the department’s procedures, service level agreements and current case law

* Processing of supplier invoices.

* Completion of 90 days reviews on a monthly basis.

* Reporting on weekly incoming and outstanding postal figures.

Requirements for the role:

* Ideally previous experience within an insurance or claims environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* The ability to work to deadlines.

* Strong IT Skills particularly with MS Office including Word, Outlook and Teams

What Arriva can offer you:

· Starting salary of £22,500 rising to £23,000 after successful completion of probation period (6 months)

· Full time permanent role 37 hours p/w Monday-Friday
