Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students, assisting them with classwork and assignments.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.

Assist with classroom management, helping to maintain discipline and encourage positive behaviour.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
Help to assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a educational setting is essential.
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting students' diverse needs.
