Position: Consents Administrator

Location: Home Based with weekly attendance to the Manchester office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £23000 per annum

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Consents Administrator at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

you’ll have excellent experience providing administrative support within a property team, responding to requests from residents wishing to make variations on a lease.
you’ll efficiently respond to requests and ensuring all procedures are followed and documented.
you’ll have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with proven ability to respond to all requests via letters, emails and telephone calls within in a timely manner.
you’ll ensure the efficient management of all electronic documents and manage payments from a variety of sources.
you’ll be highly organised, to include managing and coordinating a variety of administrative tasks.
you’ll be well versed with MS office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.How to Apply:
