Position Type: Temporary, Flexible Hours

Pay Rate: From £85.00 per day

Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers by assisting with the delivery of lessons and activities
Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional academic support as needed
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities
Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting (experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with students of varying ages and abilities
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
