Mobile Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance engineer (Multi Skilled)
My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and experienced engineer to join their team, focusing on three commercial offices based around East London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available)
3 static sites in East London - Canon Street, St.Paul's
£38,000 - £40,000
Van + Fuel Card (Personal use allowed)
Travel card for zones 1 + 2
Career progression
Responsibilities:
Opportunity to have control of each building
Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast)
Generators
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning
Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit
Chillers
BMS System
UPS Systems
Plant rooms
Requirements:
NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
17th/18th edition
FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
A proven track record in Building Maintenance
