A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Negotiator within a highly success independent Property Company based in the Brighton area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial property sales and lettings markets as well of good local knowledge of the local area.

You will need to be tenacious, driven and committed as well as providing an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

Significant previous experience in negotiating commercial leases and in dealing with complex commercial sales negotiations on a wide range of commercial properties is essential.
