Finance Business Partner (Italian Speaking) - Burnley - £55,000-£60,000 + Bonus & Benefits- ACCA/CIMA/ACA- Fluency in Italian is a necessary requirement

IN2 Consult is partnering with a global organisation on the recruitment of a commercially savvy, fully qualified Finance Business Partner that is a fluent Italian speaker to join their finance function. This role will be the main business partner for the Italian region which has a revenue exceeding €1 Billion P/A.

The key duties of this role include:

Be the main business partner to the MDs throughout the Italian region using accounting to help drive the continued growth and profitability of the business unit
Partner with key stakeholders to produce complex financial analysis to help aid key decision making
Producing long term forecasts and budgets
Use of KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability
Drive process improvements and drive change from both a finance and commercial perspective
Line manage a team of 2 finance professionals
Ad-Hoc Duties

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role should have the following skillset:

Be a Fluent Italian Speaker- This is a necessary requirement for all applicants
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
Strong experience in business partnering with the SLT and other non-finance stakeholders
Experience in producing financial analysis, budgets and forecasts
Strong communication skills
Results driven personality
