The Role:

Collaborate with teachers to grasp their lesson plans and objectives
Assist in employing various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
Provide constructive feedback to enhance lesson effectiveness
Offer personalized assistance to students struggling with comprehension
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on activities and visual aids, to reinforce learning
Coordinate with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Monitor student behaviour and intervene proactively to maintain a conducive learning environment
Promote a culture of respect, tolerance, and acceptance among students
Minimum Requirements:

Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
Level 3 CACHE Certificate or equivalent
Passion for education and developing pupil’s education
Commutable to Aylesbury and the surrounding areas
