Job Description

Finance Administrator

Swindon

£24,000 - £26,000 

37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Our client is looking for someone to join their finance team in their office based in Swindon.

About You

- Self Motivated and work well on your own

- Work in a finance / accounts team previously 

- Experience and understanding of using SAGE accounts software (Essential)

- Organised, hard working and happy to be on the phone

Responsibilities

- Matching purchase invoices / credits to orders

- Data entry and preparing documents for sign off

- Preparation of bank payments after authorisation 

- Chasing up ages accounts / putting aged accounts on credit hold

- Quarterly VAT returns

- Prepare monthly management accounts / trial balances, sales, purchases and overheads
