Product Enablement Trainer in London - SUMMER-BROWNING ASSOCIATES LIMITED

We are looking for a Product Enablement Trainer to work an initial 6-month contract.
Location: mainly Remote working - with travel to regional office when required .
About the role : You will be responsible for the design and delivery of key sales enablement activities, identified to support the development of our client's sales teams.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven background delivering Sales Enablement Training campaigns, with the following skills/ experience:
Extensive experience of delivering multichannel / cross divisional learning projects.
In-depth knowledge in Adult Learning Theory to solution design (applying Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training evaluation, Kolb's Learning Cycle, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning).
Strong Consultancy / Commercial experience with a track record of delivering learning projects.
Experience of user-led experience design.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with remote / off-site teams, stakeholders.
Training Certification (CTP / CIPD / TAP).
