This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to excel in their Marketing/ Business Support career. You will have the ability to progress and diversify your role. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries via phone and email, handling various administrative duties, including document creation, filing, database management, and calendar bookings. The second element of this role involves contributing to social media projects and assisting in marketing to drive the business forward through business development.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in administration, along with proficiency in IT tools and software.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Familiarity with marketing concepts or experience working with a growing business.
