Senior Management Accountant in London - Interaction Finance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management Accountant to join a growing business with a genuine opportunity for career development, in an office based role based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
The client are looking for a full time, qualified or finalist ACCA or CIMA studier, reporting to the CFO, with a proven track record and experience working as a Management Accountant in a SME business. The company are part of a private equity backed group of businesses who are experiencing rapid growth.
Typical duties include:
Post daily cash postings/bank reconciliation
Maintain and update rolling 13 week cashflow forecast
Produce monthly management accounts
Routine journal postings (accruals, prepayments, depreciation etc...)
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Reconcile Group intercompany accounts
Support with budgetting and forecasting, preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Support with year end processes
Adhoc duties to support the team and the wider group team
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:
Qualified Accountant, or Finalist ACCA/CIMA
Previous experience of a similar role is essential
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Supervisory or Management experience would be advantageous (as part of future development)
Excellent organisation and IT skills are essential
Must be resident in a commutable area and be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
