About the vacancy:
Are you looking to become an integral part of Newport City Homes' future ambitions, including the continuous improvement of our asset management function?
In this role, you will work collaboratively across Newport City Homes to ensure asset data is a valued, high-quality resource that is effectively managed and administered within a controlled governance framework. This includes the implementation of data collection and data quality strategies and projects to ensure asset data has integrity and influences the development and delivery of medium to long-term investment programmes and compliance activities.
You will lead on the continuous improvement of the asset management function, using Asset Management software, CAD & GIS systems.
