Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer
Location: Canary Wharf (Docklands)
Package: £52,000 Per annum (Rising to £56,000 Per annum when transferred on to continental shift)
Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 05:00pm - Continental Shift (Days & Nights)
*A fantastic opportunity to join a leading maintenance provider on a brand-new high end commercial site in Canary Wharf.
*They are currently looking for an engineer to join the landlord team.
*This is an immediately available role paying a basic salary of up to £56,000 per annum depending on experience.
*Overtime available and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company, this is an employer who prefers to invest heavily and promote from within.
Job Role:
*You will be working Monday to Friday days only, however there may be an opportunity to progress on shift after 4 months and an increase salary would be put in place.
*Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance duties.
*Overtime opportunities will be available.

* HVAC plant
* Fire Alarm testing
* Water temp testing
* Electrical inspection works
* Pumps
* FCU's

* Cooling Towers
* PPM schedules
* Generators
* 3 Phase power supply
* UPS
* AHU's
* Boilers.
Skills Required:
* The successful candidate must have:
* Trade trained with at least 3 years' experience in the building services trade.
* Qualified Mechanically (City & Guilds/NVQ level 3)
* Mechanical AP (desirable)
