With a focus on sectors such as Data Centres, Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Sport, and Retail, our team works closely with clients to provide top-notch financial and legal advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Overview of Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing core MEP Cost Management services on diverse projects, acting as the primary contact with clients and supporting the team in project delivery. This leadership position requires proven experience in leading MEP / Cost Management teams and a strategic vision to enhance our MEP Cost Management offering in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead MEP Cost Management services on various projects, focusing on sectors such as Data Centres, Commercial, Residential, and more.
Develop opportunities and contribute to the growth of our Data Centre offering.
Ensure high standards of technical delivery and customer service excellence.
Manage complex projects efficiently and proactively.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Prioritize workloads and meet project deadlines effectively.
Collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding results.
Person Specification:
We're looking for candidates who demonstrate a positive and proactive approach, committed to delivering excellence in customer service and commercial results. Key qualifications and attributes include:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
Strong technical delivery experience, particularly in MEP.
Experience in Data Centres would be advantageous.
Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., MRICS).
Client-facing experience with a focus on developing client accounts.
Proven track record of managing projects and teams effectively.
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Previous consultancy or end-user client experience preferred.
Team player with a flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious attitude.
