Technical Training Instructor
£40,000 - £43,000 plus excellent benefits package 

We have an exciting position for a Technical Training Instructor to join our Training team. You are a skilled and passionate instructor with a deep understanding of automotive technology, exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will play a pivotal role in educating and empowering technicians to excel in their field. 
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the next generation of automotive professionals by creating a supportive and inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects and utilising various training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.
Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom or workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum and maintain relevance.
Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, assisting them in developing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations.
MEET THE MANAGER
Scott is the Technical Training Manager, and he is looking for someone to join the team who has proven teaching or training experience and can effectively convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, whilst ensuring every in-dividual feels valued and respected. The successful candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technology, diagnostics, and repair.
