Site Manager - Externals (Residential) in Aldershot - CV-Library

Our client is a residential contractor. They have a number of residential projects within Hampshire, and are frequent nominees of the prestigious “Contractor of the year award”. They have an extremely low staff turnover and have appeared in the top ten contractors to work for in the nation for consecutive years.
A freelance opportunity has arisen for an Externals bias Site Manager to join the project team. The project is a residential scheme of circa 150 apartments. The project has circa a year left to run.
The role will involve overseeing the externals works, in particular, Brickwork and Scaffold packages and paving
Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the external sub-contractors with a key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
You must and have proven experience of managing external packages (façade) in residential schemes previously.
