The role

Reporting directly into an onsite Project Manager, the role of a Site Engineer requires you to have knowledge of:

Setting out, levelling, and surveying the construction site
Working with site plans, drawings and building information models
Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers
Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate.
Overseeing quality control
Monitoring health and safety
Keeping a site diary
Resolving technical problems
Working in an office and on a construction site.About you

A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is typically required.
Experience in setting out and surveying in a construction environment is essential.
Proficiency in using surveying instruments and equipment.
Good knowledge of construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
Strong organisation and time management skills
Physical fitness to work outdoors and handle equipment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate various stakeholders.What to do next:
