Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer (Learning and Development)

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: circa £35,000

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must hold a recognised Level 5 Management qualification or equivalent.
Must hold solid Leadership and Management experience.
Must be confident to deliver face-to-face learning and workshop training.
You must possess energy and enthusiasm to deliver the best learning outcomes and performance impact.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Duties:

Responsible for the delivery of Leadership and Management training programmes, to existing managers, via a blended learning approach (face to face and remote group workshops). 
Be a driving force, provide inspiration and work together with colleagues, to support the successful delivery of our clients programmes in line with contractual objectives and targets.
Prepare and deliver creative and engaging learning experiences, ensuring learning is relevant and remains quality driven.
Coach, develop and support learners, ensuring a positive journey and timely achievement.
Undertake any necessary administration and track learner progression.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
