Job Opportunity: Senior Electronics Test Engineer

REED Engineering are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Test Engineer to join a growing Engineering department in a well-established contract electronics manufacturer

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-growing family business, supporting both large and SME businesses across the UK and Europe

Working hours: 35 hours per week - 12pm finish on Friday

Salary: £26,000-£35000

Key Responsibilities:

Testing of PCBs with a variety of equipment, including ATE, DMMs & Oscilloscopes
Identifying PCB faults
Comfortable with complex schematics
In-depth Datasheet & component knowledgeSpecific Knowledge May Include:

Intermediate electronics theory
Operating DMMs, Signal generators, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies & Functional ATE
Microcontroller functionality, including programming using various software & hardware tools
Communication protocols, such as RS232 & I2CDesirable

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Working independently with good time keeping
Confidence when communicating with customers
Comfortable with a soldering iron
