Key Responsibilities:

Quality and Technical Leadership:

You'll become the cornerstone of their technical efforts, working closely with the company's leadership and stakeholders to uphold and exceed quality standards.

System Management and Development

: Take charge of the technical and quality management functions, refining existing systems and implementing new processes to meet BRC Global Food Standards and retailer expectations.

Collaboration and Improvement

: Work hand-in-hand with departmental managers to ensure company policies and procedures are executed flawlessly, addressing any areas of concern with practical and effective solutions.

Customer and Regulatory Relations

: Manage relationships with customers and local authorities, ensuring open lines of communication and compliance with all requirements.

Policy Promotion

: Advocate for Food Hygiene and Environmental Policies, ensuring they're integrated into the business plans and practices.

What We're Looking For:

A technical professional with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.

A solid grasp of quality management systems, food processing fundamentals, and BRC standards.

Exceptional leadership qualities with a proven track record of managing teams and driving excellence.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Organizational prowess and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

A team player with the flexibility and motivation to achieve great things.

HACCP Level 3 certification (Level 4 preferred).
