Job Description

This role entails navigating a diverse array of stakeholders to facilitate the discovery, development, and optimisation of enterprise-level software within intricate health and care systems. As a Product Specialist/Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, Development Team, and broader colleagues to deliver value to the users and organisations relying on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster understanding across cross-functional teams regarding the significance of product features and their alignment with business objectives.
Collect and analyse user feedback and data to validate and shape product requirements and decisions.
Draft and maintain comprehensive product specifications to guide development efforts.
Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships with stakeholders.
Showcase and refine product features for both internal and external audiences.
Assume responsibility for managing the Sprint Cycle and Sprint Ceremonies alongside colleagues.
Comprehend and manage product risks and dependencies, particularly those pertinent to healthcare such as Information Governance and Clinical Safety.
Develop insights into the mental healthcare market to influence product priorities.
We'd love to hear from you if:
You are driven to create and implement software tailored for complex health and care environments, serving a diverse user base.
You recognize that integrating digital workflows into large organizations via enterprise-level technology demands distinct skills compared to designing solutions for consumer markets.
You possess a strong sense of curiosity and can effectively engage with individuals of varying backgrounds and expertise.
You are adept at analytical thinking and leveraging data for decision-making, while thriving in fast-paced environments.
You believe in the potential for technology to enhance patient outcomes and are committed to overcoming obstacles to achieve that goal.
You are proficient or willing to learn a variety of tools including MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and others.
