Role: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Salary: £29,000

Hours: 40 (Full time)

Location: Cirencester

We're working with one of the UK's most exciting Holiday Park Groups who are going through some planned expansion to their Food & Beverage Team in Gloucestershire, and we need a highly motivated, professional and friendly individual to join them!

We want an experienced individual who has already worked within the field (preferably within a previous Holiday Park or Hotel), who can help deliver high standards of service for their guests and assist with efficient day-to-day management of the team.

Key Responsibilities & Experience required:

* Manage all day-to-day food & beverage operations

* Supervise, manage and coach team members

* Use online systems for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment.

* Run numerous events and functions

* A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry

* Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous

* Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock working to KPIs and adding stock taking

* A high level of inter-personal skills & be a self-motivation/positive individual
