What we are looking for:
A strong Chef de Partie with exceptional hotel or restaurant background
A passionate foodie who also has the ability to help produce a healthy GP
Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operation
A strong work ethic and fully committed to supporting the team
Ability to coach and develop a team
Previous experience working at 1AA rosette standard.
Please note that live-in accommodation and relocation support is available.

Pay:
£28000 to £30000 plus tips
