Customer Service Administrator

Based in Potters Bar

Salary: £27,000

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? Are you highly organised and enjoy coordinating and planning? Our client is looking for a talented Customer Service Administrator to join their dedicated team in Potters Bar.

Our client are a leading specialist in their field, their success is built on attention to detail and a commitment to delivery outstanding customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and expertise
Following up telephone or internet enquiries
Checking availability of services and providing quotations to customers
Sending customers confirmation of bookings and ensuring full details of bookings are input into the internal system
Preparation of documentation for customers. Attention to detail is a must to ensure each document is accurate and individually prepared for each customer
General administration duties to support the officeWe are looking for:

Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a similar role
Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft packages
Excellent written communication skills and numerical skills
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering
Ability to thrive in a small team
