WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand our global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the technology sector.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our global teams.
Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Proven track record of winning business and lead generation
Experience in contract recruitment across either cloud, data, software, cyber or product markets
Strong understanding of the technology sector and its talent landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
