Teaching Assistant – Merthyr Tydfil

The role as a teaching assistant would involve supporting children across Key stage 1 and 2. You would need to have excellent communication skills and be a passionate individual who can help the children engage with their learning.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with classroom management
Helping to prepare the classroom for the day’s lessons.
Work on a 1:1 or small group basis to help support the children’s learning.
General administrative duties
Work as part of a dynamic and contribute towards the school’s ethos and culture.
