Building Services Manager in Huntingdon - CV-Library

We are working with a prestigious well established Main Contractor who are looking to engage with a Building Services Manager for a new flagship pharmaceutical project in Huntingdon. You will be tasked with overseeing the project from early preconstruction phases to completion and handover, the full value of the project is £80m with c. £20-30m of M&E services.

You will be responsible for managing the M&E subcontractors and reporting progress to the client. This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing contractor who have a strong reputation across sectors.
