Responsibilities:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:

* Provide primary care tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.

* Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

* Perform domestic duties to maintain a high standard of living within the home.

* Support children and young people in exploring their interests and making informed choices.

* Plan and organize daily activities, celebrations, and special events.

* Participate in holidays and various physical activities with the children.

* Work directly with children in accordance with individual care plans and strategies.

* Requirements:

* Empathy and understanding towards children and young people.

* Ability to maintain clear boundaries while providing support and guidance.

* Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

* Flexibility in working hours and responsibilities.

* Willingness to undergo a DBS check before commencing work.

Wages:

Entry-level Support Workers: £11.44 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualified Level 3 Children and Young People's Practitioners: £12.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Experienced Qualified (3 Year +): £13.62 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
