Job Description
I am looking for a Trainee Building Surveyor to join a local authority in the North of Nottinghamshire. As part of the Property and Development team, the Trainee Building Surveyor will support the delivery of building surveys for large and complex projects.
Responsibilities for the Trainee Building Surveyor:
Support the delivery of building surveys and work alongside senior colleagues to resolve problems
Deliver stock condition surveys
Monitor performance and progress of major works
Ensure schedules are delivered on time and budgets adhered to
Successful applicants for the Trainee Building Surveyor role will have
Willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve
Ability to take initiative
Ability to communicate with tenants and colleagues
Some background in design/delivering capital works would be an advantage
