Are you a skilled domestic joiner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in your community? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Newcastle, working on empty properties for a local authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and other fixtures.
Full kitchen fitting work.
Repair and replace damaged or worn-out joinery components.
Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently.Requirements:

Proven experience as a joiner in a domestic setting.
NVQ level 2 or equivalent within the trade.
CSCS card.
Asbestos awareness.
Proficient in using joinery tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
