Our client is continuing to build their commercial insurance litigation team in Birmingham. We're recruiting Solicitors or Legal Executives at various levels to handle a diverse range of cases, including property damage, subrogated recoveries, and coverage disputes stemming from insured perils such as fire and flood damage. The team also tackles product liability and complex litigation related to insurance coverage.
Summary

Salary: Up to £70,000
Work Pattern: Hybrid, offering flexible opportunities.
Reports to: Partner
Experience: Seeking candidates at all PQE levels with litigation experience, particularly in property damage and subrogated recoveries.

Unlike specialised teams, our client's department is structured so lawyers gain exposure to a wide range of litigation. You might advise on property damage one day and handle a boundary dispute the next as well as intricate construction-related cases. They also handle complex coverage matters.

Clients include leading insurers, corporates operating across a range of sectors.
Ideal Candidates
Experienced solicitors and legal executives in the Birmingham market as well as the wider UK market. Thanks to the firm's flexible working arrangements, geography is not too much of a factor. Strong insurance litigation experience would be ideal. Candidates with more of a general litigation background are also welcome. The team's rapid growth offers excellent prospects for progression and development.
