Are you a highly experienced mechanical maintenance engineer? Look no further. I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a direct client on a static commercial contract in Lewisham. My client are looking to speak with time-served mechanical bias engineers with a building services background. This role is looking after 2 buildings and candidates MUST have a UK driving licence
Salary Range: £45k + Overtime
Mon to Fri Days Only
Looking after 2 sites in close proximity - vehicle provided
Duties
Standard mechanical PPMs
Reactive maintenance
AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
VAVs
Sprinkler Testing
High-Pressure Pumps
Steam Boilers
Mechanical Seals
Water Treatment
Reactive Plumbing
Motors
Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
Report writing - completing logbooks
Requirements
C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
Previous building services/marine maintenance experience
Technically minded
Career driven
Full UK Drivers Licence
