Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims Handler to join a friendly, family run business.  As a Claims Handler you will be looking after client’s of regular referral sources, taking details of new claims and handling your own allocation of existing claims.

Skills / Experience Required:

You will need to have proven experience in handling Motor Claims, having strong analytical ability and being technically competent.
This role will suit a competent yet driven individual looking to be part of a business that likes to challenge, yet also be challenged.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as this will be a role where you may need to interview and probe where necessary to get the right result.
Being confident in your own ability and good decision making is immensely important along with having a highly professional demeanour.

Knowledge of ABI/GTA
Knowledge of Phonetic Alphabet
Competent with Microsoft Office
